In Memory of Red Neck Thanksgiving 2006

This was a true red neck thanksgiving. Nana did not want a mess on her carpet so we bought a tarp and covered the carpet. Very Classy.

As we were preparing the ham we discovered that it did not fit into the roaster pan, so of course the solution was to get a saw from the garage and cut the end off.

To our dismay the ham was still a bit too big. NO PROBLEM! We'll just use the patio chair as a weight for the lid. Hey it worked and we wanted to cook the ham outside anyway to save space in the kitchen.

2006 was a fun and memorable thanksgiving for the Huber family.

Our Gymnast

We are so proud of Mikayla and her gymnastics. This was the Stacey’s Olympic event that she participated in and took Gold for her age and level. She is now at an Intermediate level and not far from moving up to a level 1.

The Girls

Another great part about Faust Park is the old barn. Makes for great fall pictures.

Fall Leaves

The girls and I have found a great place to play in the leaves. Faust Park is one of our favorite places to go. The weather was just right and the girls had a day off school thanks to the elections. Happy Fall!!!!
