This was a true red neck thanksgiving. Nana did not want a mess on her carpet so we bought a tarp and covered the carpet. Very Classy.
As we were preparing the ham we discovered that it did not fit into the roaster pan, so of course the solution was to get a saw from the garage and cut the end off.
To our dismay the ham was still a bit too big. NO PROBLEM! We'll just use the patio chair as a weight for the lid. Hey it worked and we wanted to cook the ham outside anyway to save space in the kitchen.2006 was a fun and memorable thanksgiving for the Huber family.
